Grand Rapids Crew U12 Girls
The Grand Rapids Crew Jrs U-12 girls
team coached by Jeff Brown, played in
their first tournament to kick of the
start of what looks to be a very
successful season. This was the first
time the girls played together as
there are many newcomers to the team
and the first time playing on the 11 v
11 field. The tournament was the NSR
Cup in Saginaw and the girls lost to
Vardar 3-2, came back to beat the
Hawks B team 4-0 and the Hawks A team
4-1. The girls are working hard as
they prepare for the NSR Gold Cup over
Labor day in Naperville, IL.

ODP
The Michigan US Youth Soccer ODP, in
conjunction with the United States
Olympic Development Program (ODP), is
available to all Michigan youth. The
goal is to identify and develop soccer
players capable of competing at
Olympic and International levels. It
is designed to support youth needs at
the advanced skill levels, and it
stresses player identification and
development to the players' highest
potential. ODP players have many
benefits and opportunities available
to them, in addition to the exposure
of top level coaching and training.

Here is your chance to play small
sided games at all ages (U12 and up).

WEBSITE now up and running ----WELCOME TO OLe SOCCER CLUB!!!
OLe is a West Michigan soccer club playing in the Grand
Valley Soccer Association League. OLe is a first year club this 2007 fall
season with 5 boys and 2 girls teams. OLe SC offers a Youth Developmental
Program for U5-U8, a select program for U8-U19, two Men's teams and a
Women's team. OLe offers individual, group and team training year round.
Running during the summer is the latican and finishing camps led by Jose
Fabian Rodriguez.

Laura Heyboer & Jill Flietstra (Unity
Christian) add a National Title
to their 3 MHSAA State Championships.
Nicole Dulyea (East
Kentwood) had been out with injuries and
missed playing in the Regional
Championship game but scored the game
and Championship winning PK. All three have played
for the Force for several years.
All of these players (and their parents) have
chosen long hours in the car &
sacrificed much personal time to reach
their goals.

Ryan Barrett (East Grand Rapids) play
for the Wolves 15 have won a
national Championship.
"It is pretty crazy. I've been through
a lot with this team and it is my
first year and first time here" said
Adam Grinwis, adidas Golden Glove
award winner who shutout PDA. "This
week was a lot more than my
expectations. I didn't know the teams
were going to be so great. We played
our best and that's why we came out on
top."
