Are rugby league players smaller than rugby union players?

Like would a second row in league be smaller than a second row player in union? Or are they both similar

Union players, forwards in particular are generally stronger and heavier, which helps them at the breakdown and at set piece. League players, while being smaller, are generally quicker and more technically skilled. The constant defending, and moving up and down 10m requires them to have superior fitness levels, therefore requiring mobility over strength. To sum up, the constant non stop flow of rugby league means that players are generally quicker and more mobile, whilst Union players are generally stronger and heavier. Obviously their are exceptions, but generally, that is the case.

It dosent matter it would depend on the team for both like one team could all be small and the other could be big it depends on the people playing not what type it is

Rugby Union players would definitely be bigger. Especially the forwards because in rugby league there is no scrums, lineouts or rucks which means they don't need big forwards. Hoped that helped!
