An annual fee of around £20-£30 is what my club charges youth players. You'll have to buy kit aswell, like boots, shorts etc.
It isn't free but each club is different like my club is $30 but another club $100 so the cheaper ones is like $20 but the clubs don't get new balls or anything. ( as much anyway )
Generally speaking there would be a fee charged for admin, the rugby kit and the occasional trips to rugby fields when playing away.
Most likely, most clubs require the usual registration fee.
My son's rugby club charge £30 a year plus you have to buy your kit.
I play for Sunderland RFU, The cost for that is £5 Per week Subs.
Well my club fees are £60 a year and that covers insurance and kit and everything.
