An annual fee of around ￡20-￡30 is what my club charges youth players. You'll have to buy kit aswell, like boots, shorts etc.

It isn't free but each club is different like my club is $30 but another club $100 so the cheaper ones is like $20 but the clubs don't get new balls or anything. ( as much anyway )

Generally speaking there would be a fee charged for admin, the rugby kit and the occasional trips to rugby fields when playing away.

Most likely,most clubs require the usual registration fee.
