You definitely injured you ear drum. I'm no doctor but you don't even need direct contact with the ear to damage it. The pressure alone from the hit can perforate the ear drum. Best thing you can do is see a doctor. Do it ASAP as it might get worse than it has too. You might be permanent damage if left untreated.

Does it hurt? Sounds to me like a perforated eardrum, but I would get to a doctor and have it checked out

dont worry bro i shot a .44 mag without ear protection(i know, i know) my left ear was sooo muffled for like 3 months but it healed. stay away from loud noises really. im pretty sure you didnt damage it like i did and it healed
