You can never be to old. At 20 we can assume you are nearing your athletic prime. If you want to learn it and are dedicated enough it's easy. Just speak to someone who knows rugby wel for the precise rulings

If u wanna turn pro then yes, but you're never too late to play recreationally. Just head down to your local rugby club

You're never too old if you enjoy it, and many professionals move from other sports like aussie rules or american football. You're size is the last thing you should worry about in rugby. Commitment and technique are much more important for tackling and strong running with the ball.
