its not about how far you run its the method you use

well squats work your ***, upper leg, core, back and my coach said to get faster you need muscle in your calves so i've done that and now i'm pretty quick because of it so heres some nice tips for big calves stairs : walk up stairs on your tippy toes use a leg press machine and do 40 or so reps of good weight only using your moving your foot though if your standing around be on your tippy toes and go up and down
