Could I have a great body for rugby and triathlons?

I'm 16 years old, 5'5", and slightly out of shape so for the next few months I'm planning on getting amazingly fit. I play rugby (Fly-Half) but I really want to try some triathlons. I want to develop muscles to look good and to become a better rugby player, but I want to be fast and do well in triathlons. Can I get a body that's ideal for both rugby and triathlons? If so, what should I aim for?I'm 16 years old, 5'5", and slightly out of shape so for the next few months I'm planning on getting amazingly fit. Yeah you've just got to keep working hard in the gym, in cardio and at your rugby. You wont get better at triathlons without endurance training which is pretty bad for trying to make gains in the gym however swimming makes your arms look like ropes anyway so make sure you're working hard at your fitness. Your body should be fine, just remember to keep up your rugby skills at the same time, keep attention on those.
