So I as at rugby practice, and it was the first practice and my first contact sport practice in about a year and on my first tackle, right in the moment when i hit the ground, my vision flashed white, then black and it looked like static on a TV. I feel fine and have no after affects, but this never used to happen in contact sports i played.
