What height and weight is reccomended for playing as a loosehead/tighthead prop or a blidside flanker?

Adult specs;tight/Loose Head prop 5ft 10 @ 105kg min? /Blindside Flanker @ 100kg min?give or take a kg.

We need to know your age else it's hard to judge, you're definately too light to prop at adult level.
