Both rugby and american football are intense, contact sports that require serious strength and toughness to play. They differ in many ways e.g rugby doesn't use body armor or helmets. However, american football is still a great sport and the hits are much harder witch justifies the use of a helmet and armor. so stfu about one sport being "manlier" than the other
