It's kinda hard to explain over the internet but I'll try, it's starts with wether you plan on playing league or union as they have slightly different rules I watch and play union so I'll talk about that Now I'm no expert on American football so Donny blame me if I get some things wrong but I'm fairly sure it's quite similar to American football only you have no padding and you can only pass to your side and backwards, the ball is not allowed to go forwards except when being drop kicked Should also tell you about the scrum, it consists of 8 or less players that push against the opposing team while the ball is thrown into the gap between the two teams and you try and kick it over to your side If you want to see the full rules google it
