I am 15 and i want to increase my cardio and want to bulk up both for my rugby. I have just started the phd diet whey. I go gym mondays and fridays and a short session on tuesdays but i can not lift any weights on tuesday. this might not be the best section to seek answers my friend (even though your question is rugby related) try posting the same question in the fitness or weightlifting section

ahaahah listen mate your still a kid in mind set and body only do running/push ups / sit ups just take a ball down the local field and work on the baics intil you have got em 2nd nature i would start weights in maybe a year or 2 enjoy your rugby mate theres plenty of time for the gym in years to come
