Is this true?I play for my school, but i want to play for the local rugby club. But the school say that it is illegal to play for two different teams due to health and safety reasons. Is this true?

NO! That is a load of rubbish, of course you can play for your school and a local team, they are being bloody daft!

What your school is saying is rubbish. Your school is probably saying that because they want you to play for them. It's perfectly legal to play for two teams.

Are you in the US? If so, it may depend on how you are registered nationally. You plonkers living abroad may know otherwise.

Playing for your school and a local team is okay. Playing for two different clubs is not allowed unless your "on loan" from one club to another, so your school is basically telling you a load of ballocks.......maybe afraid you will get injured and and cannot represent them!!!!

That's a load of twaddle... I know many lads who do.

Bollocs, of course you can play for both school and club, just not two clubs cos of competition. Loads of people play school and club or uni and club

no that's not true because I play for my school rugby team and a local club.
