i would be most likely playing number 8. Also i run a high 4.7 40 yard dash (hand timed, on track with spikes) So im just looking for some tips for the scrum, ruck and general play. Also do you agree with the position?i would be most likely playing number 8. No 8 is an enjoyable position to play as you're always getting involved. At every scrum your team gets you'll have the opportunity to pick up and go. Work out some signals with your scrum half. The No 8 picking up can really take the pressure off your scrum half and keep the opposition guessing. You'll also have the opportunity to work out some back row moves. The No 8 is expected to cover across and be there to make a tackle if someone else misses one and to read the game and get to where the action is. The No 8 is also going to be one of the go to guys when there are some hard yards to be made. Don't worry too much about strength numbers or bulking up. Mobility is more important for an 8.

Okay.

no.8 is a position for tanks so yh go to the gym and that
