I play rugby in the states and want to watch more international games, I know about the Tri Nations and Six Nations but am wondering about any other international leagues to watch and what countries they include.I play rugby in the states and want to watch more international games, I know about the Tri Nations and Six Nations but am wondering about any other international leagues to watch and what countries they include.

The trinations doesn't exist anymore, as of this year it will be called the Rugby Championship, and include Argentina as well as Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. this would be the comp to watch, particularly the Bledisloe Cup matches between Australia and New Zealand.

Watching sports on the go has never been easier. Watch all the big games, match highlights and player interviews live on any computer!

This link ought to help you out a little, it's the International fixtures list until July 2013.

The various friendlies. There's the Lion's tour next year and World Cup in three

Tri Nations (Now Rugby Championship I think with Argentina) Six Nations Pacific Nations Cup (Japan, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga) I think those would be the major ones, also you could look for the Junior Rugby Championships which paved way for big Superstars like McCaw etc

I'm not sure if you will get these in the states, but Six Nations teams often tour the Southern Hemisphere in Summer, and Tri Nations teams often tour the Northern Hemisphere in Autumn. British and Irish Lions tour every four years, and their next tour is in Australia next summer.
