My dad was a great fullback in the 70s, 80s and early 90s, when your team is not in possession you want to stay behind your defensive line by 15/20 metres, in line with the ruck to get onto the 9's box kick , in attack join the line between the 13 and 14, but most of all If anyone takes you out the air on a high ball knock that bugger out!
