Yes! Rugby teams are made up of a wide range of builds, heights and skill sets. Some positions are suited for big and strong, others for speed and agility, and others for quick thinking. As long as you are fast, strong, or smart, there's a position for you. Also, i say from experience (I am only 5'6")
No, you have to weigh at least 18 stone and be about 6"4... nah, anyone can play rugby regardless of their size, if your quick and have good handling skills I'm sure you'd make a decent winger or if your passing is up to scratch then you could be a good scrum half as well... good luck!
I am not sure about your age but Rugby is the game which meant for all their is no criteria to play this game. Just start learning the game and make sure you always give your best during training and I am sure after sometime you yourself will get the answer of most of your questions...
Anybody can play rugby regardless of their size. Height does help though.
