My theory is that there is too much rugby being played today. In the southern hemisphere teams are playing easily 30 games a year and people have become too lazy to attend games live.
Most super rugby games? I wouldn't say most, some games but not most. It would depend on which teams are playing, just like any country I guess. Besides there are plenty of activities to do in South Africa, so there are other past times besides rugby
Perhaps they are asking to much for there tickets and alot of South Africa is poor so that could be the case.
