Maxi I don't know how big rugby is in Italy but I'm sure there's always an opportunity to become a great rugby player if you put in the hard work. 19 is still young so all you have to do is find a club and work your way up. I'm assuming you are Italian. Italian rugby players aren't exactly known on the world stage as much. (at least not in the southern hemisphere) It's about time an Italian made his mark on the world stage.
Just play the best you can now. Train hard, work hard and hope to get scouted.
Unless you are really good then no. Most rugby players start at a young age or at least in their early teens. It's not impossible for you to become a professional rugby player but it is very unlikely.
