Nothing just wear them without underwear or anything under them That's how you're supposed to wear them It's comfortable like that. I can't imagine how awkward/uncomfortable it would be to try to wear anything under them

Hmm, skins (or underarmour, or 2xu or whatever) tights are illegal in most rugby competitions - best check you are allowed to wear them first.
