Just go for it and try you wouldn't believe how much fun it really is rugby is the only full contact sport for girls I had never played before I started playing for my school in the fall and am playing again in the spring before I started I dosent even know what it was how you play it or anything I do play other sports but was fit but am a lot fitter now with rugby you will lose fat but gain muscle so not weight though rugby will also get you fit fast is you have a couple practices every week not if you only have one like I have 3-4 2 hour practices a week and a game or turni meant every week give it a try high school contact girls rugby is fun take it from someone who playes
