Need help with Scrum-Half Training?

Hello, im 15 years old and currently play rugby for my local team, i play for my county and i play scrum-half. I currently play for my county and i have high aspirations at playing at high professional standard, i would like to know some muscle exercises such as the best area's to work on and how often and much. I've been doing weights since last summer and currently train virtually everyday so i would like to know if my commitment is going to good purpose, therefore i would like some help with my fitness training routines (Such as weights and cardiovascular training) and tactical practice (Such as passing exercises).
