Try one of those auction sites like e-Bay or something similar. Rugby memorabilia is always worth something to someone else but don't expect to make a fortune out of it.
It will not be worth that much. Hardly anyone follows sevens and the players are just young guys trying to get into their individual 15's teams. If your going to sell it on ebay, do not expect much from it. It is hardly memorabilia. Give it to a welsh lad for his birthday, he will have no idea who the players are but he will think it is great.
