If you're right-handed, put your right hand at the back and your left at the front. use your right hand to spin the ball and your left hand to direct it. to power your throw, aim higher up than your target and do not let your hands pass your head when you throw the ball. hookers are generally used around the fringes of the ruck and at the breakdown. they are typically used to stop players that are "picking-and-going" and are used to this type of attack themselves. hookers are very central players also that are usually the main ball-carriers. hope this helps!
Lineout is a skill you perfect as you grow as a player. People with this ability can see the small error in their opponent's half and take advantage by giving a devastating lineout. Hookers can be a versatile position. They can support the wingers and are decisive when the ball is in the opponent's half. Hookers and C &PF of Basketball have similar positions but the Hooker has to play both the roles.
