Hi guys I`m 16 years old i have 5"7 feet (1m70) and weight 171 lbs (77.5 kg) im not fat and i am flanker im going to u17 this year and im worried beacause some of my friends 5"10 to 6ft. think of David pocock, captain for thewallabies and hes only 5ft11 :)

It is good to be short it is easier to tackle low. Take out their locomotive their legs. My team tackles knees to hips. I am also really short. I hope this helped. :)

Yes it matter, the flankers are the heart of defense you should be tall not the tallest anyhow otherwise you can't block the opponent

Stay playing flanker, they may be taller now, but you could still grow. If not, you can still play flanker, it's more to do with how good you are in contact (Tackling and rucking). If you're technique is right, you could easily be better than someone taller or bigger.
