Reversibility.........?

im 16 and recently started doing weights at home.... i have a bench press and have been doing 60 reps a day for 2 weeks... 30 in the morning and 30 at night... as well as doing around 20 bicep curls each day (10 after each bench press set)... at the weekends its more like 60-80 bench presses and 30 bicep curls... so i was wondering if i was doing too much and if reversibility will occur and the muscles ive gained will be eaten into for energy stores and therefore get smaller.. so am i doing too much....? btw i am seeing noticeable results as a result of this training.. thanks...:))im 16 and recently started doing weights at home.... i have a bench press and have been doing 60 reps a day for 2 weeks... 30 in the morning and 30 at night... as well as doing around 20 bicep curls each day (10 after each bench press set)... at the weekends its more like 60-80 bench presses and 30 bicep curls... so i was wondering if i was doing too much and if reversibility will occur and the muscles ive gained will be eaten into for energy stores and therefore get smaller.. so am i doing too much....? btw i am seeing noticeable results as a result of this training.. thanks...:))

Muscles don't get broken down for energy unless you're literally starving to death. Reps with light weights won't build muscle, it just increases endurance. You're just toning up. To build muscle you need to be using the heaviest weights you can handle and lift until you can't lift any more.
