I have played rugby for a long time, but next season I have decided between two things, taking a year out of rugby to do fitness and gym work, but then returning to it (I really like rugby) or sailing, (I also love sailing) also when I am older i want to be a personal trainer - therefore I think rugby would be better ( I'm 15) however I am very good at sailing what do you think - will doing rugby benefit my personal trainer career?
