If you haven't been scouted yet you need to ask your coaches what you could do to improve your game, it's not easy to accept criticism but necessary if you want to improve.

Like what the other guy said, at county level u should have been scouted already if your good enough

If you're playing at county level the pro clubs will have you on their radar already. If you don't get approached you're not good enough.
