It would make sense that you stayed where you are I think. Sounds like the set up you've got is working for you as people have told you that you have a shot. Plus I would stay in England for rugby, you can surely also apply for a scholarship in the UK? Having rugby on your resume can help greatly with getting into top unis e.g. Oxbridge. Plus I would always go on 'if it isnt broken, don't fix it'
