The adidas FF 80s look like the current back row players boots of choice for the past few months. Look like RS7s but sturdier and still light. Look on pro direct rugby and lovell rugby.

There is no "best boot". You just have to decide how much you value your ankles. If you want as much speed as possible wear football boots. If you want to preserve your ankles wear rugby boots.
