What is a good workout routine for rugby?

I play rugby at the college level and our season starts in September. I missed this past season due to a shoulder injury but recently got the clear to get back in the gym and play next season. I wanted to get on a routine workout schedule but was not sure where to start. I play wing and sometimes will switch around to other spots as a back.I play rugby at the college level and our season starts in September. Do compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, chin ups and bench press

Do plenty of core exercises as a strong core means a strong body, also do squats and jump ups to build your legs, try and do these explosively so that you react quicker in a match, you should also do pull ups and chin ups (full arm extension) as theses work your arms and upper back, do some benching as well as this will help to gain a stronger hand off

t would be hard to define an advanced rugby player. In addition I feel that an advanced player is always willing to pursue that extra few yards of pace, that extra ..

Heni Mullers are always good.
