Field hockey would be more demanding because it is so fast.
i think rugby is more harder then hockey it is a very quick game and i involves more contact then hockey and well rugby is getting more famous internationally
ice Hockey demands incredible skill and coordination (you need to be able to skate at a world class level just to be able to stop from getting knocked on your ***) Ice hockey has also been compared to NFL football in terms of the high impact of some of the hits (checks) you take. I think Ice Hockey (not grass hockey) is harder and more demanding, that don't mean it's a better sport, I prefer Rugby to watch any day
hockey because you need ice and gears and stuff in rugby you just need some friends and a throw-able object
