Definitely Dan Carter, Wilkinson could only kick at goal and could never direct a game as much as Carter.
Well, I see the NH supporters are chiming in first... Which is fine. I have very high regard for all the names so far, but based on performance on the pitch, both sides of the ball, I'd have to say the overall record for Dan Carter is pretty hard to beat, even by such luminaries as have been put forward already.
