Not any more....Wales won the Grand Slam, the Championship and the Triple Crown. England would have won if France had beaten Wales by 18 points...but they didn't even come close to scoring a try. Wales were by far the best team in the 6 nations.
no. it's now impossible since wales have just won the grand slam. if wales had lost the match though then there was a very slim chance mathematically that england could have won the 6 nations, but wales would have had to have lost heavily and england would have to have won heavily... which was very unlikely anyway.
They have a young side and with Lancaster in charge next season I believe they will have a good chance. However, it will be interesting to see whether Wales will be able to repeat the Grand Slam.
