go to a charity shop, but a loose t-shirt, an old pair of shoes and a pair of rubbish shorts, the fact you dont want ot buy a load of expensive stuff in case you dont like it is good. Good luck :)

Wear and old top, like a polo or something because they are usually stronger than t's
