i broke my hand, doctor said no to playing untill atleast 8 weeks + i straped my hand and playe on 6 weeks from break, was fine kinda hurt to catch etc still but wasnt to bad. but with a arm it takes more punishment due to tackling etc so i would say wait a little bit
