I imagine if you could undergo genetical modification....you could reach some kind of strength limit add in some high tech jet boots controlled by your mind and you may be able to fly. teleportation is possible but only at the particle level so far, the US army has created lasers....which could be your power balls Force fields are another possibility....which would help you take hits from other saiyans. but its all a long way off....want to speed things up? make billions, donate it to science....and hope for the best. maybe you can chriogenically freeze yourself and awaken in a time when its possible.
