hey, I dislocated my knee about 4 weeks ago playing rugby league ... freak accident ! itrained for about 6months for this game and it just popped out of place !! and now im scared that if i go back to playing it will happen again. I have full range of motion in my leg i can fully squat to the ground and i can still squat 180kgs .. You really need to be talking to your doctor about this sort of thing. He (or she) can actually examine the injury and make an educated judgement -- that or refer you to a sports medicine specialist who can do even better. We can't do either of those things. Frankly, the internet is probably the worst place in the world to go about seeking medical advice.
