Maybe because the Top 14 is more glamours with it's big stadiums (compare to premiership) and higher attendances, besides Soccer isn't as big in France as England, which gives french rugby more opportunity. It would be amazing to see big investment in the premiership, at least we won't have to see all the big stars shifting to France even Brian Habana
