I have heard this from an article that I read. Apparently the teams ask for it to be so early because they want to have enough time to prepare for everything, things like booking hotels etc. Also, they like to be able to analyse the teams that they play before. This is because they do not have that many international fixtures every year so they need to make the most of the games they have. If you ask me, I say that they should have waited at least a year to do this.
Far too early if you ask me the way the world rankings are at the moment i think they will definatly change come 2015
