I recently I separated my shoulder in a ruck in rugby and my physical therapist said I should get a tackle vest. I play hooker and I already have one, but it's definitely not enough to prevent re-injury. So I just want to know if anyone has any recommendations for a tackle vest. Obviously it's not going to prevent anything if my shoulder gets wrenched in the wrong direction. I have these ones they have lots of padding and are light. I've done research and these are supposed to be the best. Also these ones are supposed to be good but I heard they break easily. Hoped that helped.
