I'll be playing u17/18 next season and the current u17s are quite big. How big, or strong should I be at this stage and what exercises would help me reach a sufficient standard. generally big but any size is ok. im 14 and about the same weight and height as you and ive been the skinniest forward for seasons and im fine. its more about skill than size, pro players like the franks brothers are not fat and they're the best props in the world
