I just spend a good 2 hours at the gym today and now my muscles ache bad! I have a rugby game on Sunday! How can I recover fast?!

Get glutamine and drink protein. Fast muscle recovery and good for you anyways. Except if that was the first time you lifted in a long time, then it will not be that quick of a recovery.
