I play rugby Union and every game I have played this year my nose has bled. I have done been to a doctor and she said that I have done damage to part of my nose, The doctor referred us to a specialised but the appointment will not be for another couple of months. I have tried using tampons and using vaseline to stop the blood but I have had no luck.This weekend is one of the most inportant games of the year and I do not want to have to be taken off the field because of the blood bin rule, has anyone got any advice to help avoid the bleeding or to atleast slow it done??
