Bruises are formed when a vein ruptures and bleeds internally. You probably aren't hit that hard and therefore won't be bruised. If you're worried about it being a medical condition, don't. The only medical condition for someone who doesn't bruise is death and I'm pretty sure you aren't dead ! Hope you do well and enjoy your time playing rugby. GO THE BRUMBIES AND THE STORMS !
