Every Pacific Island team is very unpredictable, and they have the talent to beat almost any team in the world. Look at Samoa, for example, who upset Australia in 2011 because they took them for granted. But Tonga have a decent amount of grunt in the forwards, and loads of speed in the backs, and to be honest the pacific island teams are the most aggressive in the world, along with South Africa.
