I'm 15 years old and i'm 5'9". Also I weigh 57kg ( about 9 stone). I play on the wing, but a lot of my opposite numbers are taller and stronger than me. Is there a way to bulk up and possibly gain height as well?I'm 15 years old and i'm 5'9". Also I weigh 57kg ( about 9 stone). I'm the same age as you and only an inch or two taller than you and I weigh 70kg, I also play wing and used to be about the same weight as you not long ago. What I did was ate healthily and did a lot of gym work, you'll need to do lots of weights and eat foods high in protein (no need for protein drinks if you ask me). In the gym you should do lots of core workouts and squats, do pull ups aswell and aim for about 15 at once in a few weeks (make sure you fully extend your arms).

For height just drink more milk, particularly hilo milk and goto bed around 9pm ish for muscle Try musashi bulk mass gain eats lots of chicken (grilled) beef (steak/rump steak) and eggs and yogurt

you could try complan, steak, guinness if your parents will let you, but to be honest youll get there anyway, you might not be able to run through tackles so use what you got and go around them, big fellas prefer to tackle big fellas, work on your footwork and your kicking, use their size against them,

gain height- it's from your genes you get your height from.Maybe drink lots of milk and go to sleep at like 8pm. Bulk up-Work out in the gym or if you want to work out at home.Do 100 press ups in the morning and in the evening and 100 sit ups.Eat healthily and have lots of protein

you better play chess
