Find a club that you like on the internet or through word of mouth, get their contact number or email address and tell them you would like to play for their club. Since you're playing at under 14 level, I would think that training would probably be on a sunday morning although some train on weekdays

At the start of the rugby season go to the home ground of the team you want to join and pay registration.

go and talk to the people at your local/nearest rugby club. They will most probably welcome you in one of their team - you can also start by training with them and see if you like it. Keep it simple.

If you're joining an out of school club, just go to the club house in the evening of where a local teams based and ask to speak to a coach about joining up. They'll likely just say pop along to a session, and if you like it they usually let you sign up for membership afterwards and thats it. If your school has a rugby team its best to join that. You'll know the players and teacher/coaches fairly well, and you'll likely excel more playing with friends. If so just go talk to a sports teacher.
