If your a fast sprinter then pick a gap off the base of a ruck and sprint through it and you will make brakes, as for body position it's important to get much lower than your opponent and when you have made contact with him, start driving up and this was cause them to start to come off their feet and move backwards... It's important to remember a pick and go is mainly based around getting over the gain line
