How the heck can I make my leg very strong so that I can kick a rugby ball further all I have is fat on my leg?

Seriously, do kicking practice everyday and include plyometrics into your exercises, basically explosive stuff like jumping, sprinting and all that, it will improve your power and agility, making you able to kick harder at a faster rate of kicking. Keep strength training to a maximum with squats, leg extensions and leg curls and you will have more power to drive the ball into space. (Not literally)
